He had a tough trip and an uncharacteristic gallop on night 1. It’s a field full of form, and he has a tricky draw. Let’s hope he gets an opportunity to show his best.
RACE 6 @ 7.22PM - #7 ROUGH AND READY
It was a super effort on Tuesday. The extra distance will play into his hands tomorrow. He looks a leading chance.

RACE 4 @ 6.19PM - #2 NAZARE
He had steering issues last start so we’ve changed a bit of gear. In a high class field we’ll be looking for an economical trip.
RACE 4 @ 6.19PM - #7 CRITICAL IMAGE
It was a tough effort a fortnight ago. The draw makes it hard so he’ll need plenty of luck. He doesn’t deserve to be the rank outsider though.
RACE 4 @ 6.19PM - #8 SIGNMAN
I was very happy with his return to racing. He has a horror draw to overcome but if things swing in his favour he can surprise.
RACE 5 @ 6.58PM - #5 MISS CHEROKEE
All her races have been full of merit. It’s a big step up from maiden company, but with the right trip she can find her way into the top half.
RACE 5 @ 6.58PM - #12 OPA’S GIRL
Things went amiss last start but she appears to be back on track. In a full field, plus a second row draw, she’ll be looking for luck.
RACE 7 @ 7.56PM - #2 LITTLE SPIKE
He hit the line nicely last week. From the draw he should end up three back on the fence. While he may be outclassed by some of his rivals, he’ll go an honest race.
RACE 7 @ 7.56PM - #5 JOLIMONT
I thought his first run back was great. He has a niggly barrier but if he can get a ride home I’m sure we’ll see him hitting the line.
RACE 9 @ 8.59PM - #6 BETA PREPARE
Boy did he tough it out when last on course. It’s a sharper field but as per usual he’ll put his best foot forward.
RACE 9 @ 8.59PM - #7 FINAL CHANGE
He’s racing super. The favourite looks hard to roll but with any form of luck he’ll be right amongst it.
