While it's a very good field, she does have the jump on them off the front mark. If she steps and runs they'll know she's been there.
Race 6 @ 7.57pm - #3 Beta Prepare & #6 Joes Rock
Beta Prepare was devoid of luck when last on course. From his handy draw he's one to cover in all combinations.
Joes Rock hit the line strongly a fortnight ago. She offers good place value.
Race 7 @ 8.23pm - #1 Critical Image
Off the back of an encouraging debut, he steps out in a Sires Stakes heat tonight. From the ace he'll get a sweet trip. He's one to cover on an each way basis.
Race 9 @ 9.16pm - #1 Little Spike, #8 The Surfer & #9 Jolimont
Little Spike trialled nicely last week. It's a tough ask first up, so I'll be happy if we see him hitting the line.
The Surfer was denied a run last start. Again he has to mix it with the best, but he always goes an honest race.
Jolimont's closing sectionals were outstanding first up. It'll be a competitive race but I don't expect him to be too far away from the action.
